Seller application: name, phone, email, store/brand name. Optional: legal form, TIN (STIR), region, categories, item count, current channels, store URL, warehouse type, Telegram handle, priority answers. Partner application: partner type, company, city, phone, email, comment. Technical data: page language, invite code, referral code, campaign tags (UTM), IP address for spam protection.
3. Purpose of Processing
To review applications, contact you regarding platform launch, deliver offer terms, and apply first-wave bonuses. Data is not used for other purposes or sold.
4. Storage Location
The database is hosted on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The website processes applications upon submission and transmits them to the database.
5. Data Transfer
With your consent, application data is transferred to a legal entity registered in Uzbekistan that will enter into merchant contracts for Kattasavat. No data is shared with third parties except as required by law.
6. Retention Period
Until processing goals are fulfilled or consent is revoked, whichever occurs first.
7. How to Revoke Consent
Email hello@kattasavat.uz from the phone or email listed in your application. We will delete your data and confirm via email.
8. We Never Request
We never ask for third-party platform passwords or bank card details.
