How delivery will work

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Registration is free and carries no obligations. We are not entering into contracts or accepting payments right now. First wave sellers enjoy 3 months with 0% commission from the sales start date.
What do I sign by registering?
Nothing. An application is not a contract. We will send the partnership terms in an offer before work begins and before any payments. You decide if they suit you.
When is the launch?
We are actively preparing for launch. We will notify first wave sellers at least 2 weeks before sales start. Meanwhile, we are importing seller catalogs and sharing progress updates on our Telegram channel.
Who is behind the platform and who will I contract with?
Contracts with sellers will be executed by an Uzbek registered entity via a formal offer sent prior to launch and any payments.
What will the commission be?
0% commission for the first 3 months from launch. After that, first wave sellers get a reduced rate detailed in the pre-launch offer.
Do I need my own warehouse?
No separate warehouse needed. Goods remain wherever you store them now — with you. You pack orders yourself and hand them over for delivery.
How will delivery work?
At launch, we plan to work via logistics partners. You pack the order — a courier picks it up, or you drop it at a receiving point. The customer gets it via courier or pickup point. Later, we'll roll out our own pickup network and fulfillment center.
Can I sell on other platforms simultaneously?
Yes. We encourage having multiple sales channels as a safer business strategy.
Is it suitable for Sole Proprietors (YaTT) and self-employed?
Any seller can apply: LLC (MChJ), Sole Proprietor (YaTT), self-employed, or unregistered individuals. Legal entity requirements will be specified in the offer.
How will payouts work?
Payouts are planned to your bank account in Uzbek soums. Frequency will be set in the offer.
Where will my data be stored?
The database is hosted in Uzbekistan, and full infrastructure will be in Uzbekistan by launch. Application data is used solely to contact you regarding launch.
Who and in what currency will I pay?
No payments currently: registration is free. Post-launch commissions and payouts will be in soums via the Uzbek entity.
What does an email invitation grant?
All first wave perks plus priority review. The invite code auto-fills when clicking the link in the email.
